Hi Sue, Thanks for your comment. Just to clarify — our brand name is Youngspeeds (with an “s” at the end), and we are not affiliated with “Young Speed.” We've been seeing an increase in confusion due to the similar names, but these shipments are not from us. We’re really sorry you’re dealing with this and appreciate you bringing it to our attention! The Youngspeeds Team

Hi there, Thanks so much for sharing. Just to clarify — our brand is Youngspeeds (with an “s”), and we are not affiliated with “Young Speed.” Sadly, this seems to be part of an ongoing scam, and we’ve had many similar reports. We’ve contacted USPS multiple times, but it’s tough since the scammers use a name that’s just slightly different. We really appreciate your understanding — and hope your package turns out to be something legit! Best, The Youngspeeds Team ----------------------------------------------------- Hi there, Glad you got your package! 😊 Just a heads-up — we’re Youngspeeds (with an “s”), not “Young Speed,” and we’ve seen a bunch of scam reports using that name. Out of curiosity, mind sharing what was in the package? But totally okay if can't! The Youngspeeds Team ------------------------------------------------------------- Hi there, Thanks so much for letting us know! That sounds like something completely unrelated to our products — appreciate you sharing the info. 🙏 The Youngspeeds Team

Hi Admir, We’re very sorry to hear about your experience, and we truly regret the delay. This is definitely not the level of service we aim to provide. Could you please share your order number with us? We’d like to look into this immediately and do everything we can to speed things up. Thank you for your patience, and again, we apologize for the inconvenience. The Youngspeeds Team

Hi T. Lorenzana, Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention — and we truly appreciate your understanding. Unfortunately, this is clearly a scam, and we’ve been made aware of an increasing number of similar cases. Our official brand name is Youngspeeds (all one word), not “Young Speed.” We’ve been getting more and more emails from people asking why their packages haven’t arrived — when in fact, they never placed an order with us. We’ve filed multiple complaints and requests for help with USPS, but since the scammers are not using our exact name, it’s been very difficult to get a proper response. They’ve cleverly altered the name just enough to create confusion while avoiding accountability. If this situation continues, we may even need to consider rebranding entirely — it’s incredibly frustrating. 😞 Thank you again for your message. If you receive any more suspicious info or need help confirming anything, don’t hesitate to reach out. Warm regards, The Youngspeeds Team

Hi Stephen, Thank you for your message. We're so sorry to hear about the delay — that’s definitely not the experience we want you to have. Could you please let us know which order# this is regarding? We usually ship most of our packages via FedEx or DHL, so it's quite unusual for a package to be delayed like this with USPS. Once we have your order details, we’ll check the shipping records and follow up with the courier to see what happened. Looking forward to your reply so we can assist you further. The Youngspeeds Team

Hi Ann, Thank you so much for your understanding. You're absolutely right — that definitely sounds like a scam. Please note, our official brand name is “Youngspeeds” with an “s” at the end, not “Youngspeed”. Unfortunately, some scammers misuse similar names to confuse customers. If you do receive a suspicious package you didn’t order, we recommend not opening it, and reporting it to your local postal service or relevant authorities. Rest assured, it did not come from us. Thanks again for bringing this to attention — we truly appreciate it. The Youngspeeds Team

Thank you so much for sharing this—really appreciate it! This is definitely a scam. Thanks to helpful folks like you, we've discovered that these fake "Youngspeed" packages are being sent from all sorts of places—EAST ROCKAWAY, NY, MOUNT PROSPECT, IL, Franklin, IL and even Los Angeles. It's wild! We’re doing our best to report and stop this. Thanks again for looking out! The Youngspeeds Team

Thank you so much for letting us know—we really appreciate it. You're absolutely right, this is a scam and someone is falsely using our company name. We've seen reports of fake packages coming from various locations, and we're actively working on reporting this to USPS and taking further steps. Thanks again for your support and for helping us get to the bottom of this! The Youngspeeds Team ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Thank you for mentioning that your package came from LightInTheBox — we will definitely look into why their USPS tracking might show “Young Speed.” That could be a labeling or fulfillment issue from their logistics partner. Thanks again for your help and understanding. We're doing our best to get to the bottom of this to prevent further confusion for others. The Youngspeeds Team
