Thank you so much for letting us know—we really appreciate it. You're absolutely right, this is a scam and someone is falsely using our company name. We've seen reports of fake packages coming from various locations, and we're actively working on reporting this to USPS and taking further steps. Thanks again for your support and for helping us get to the bottom of this! The Youngspeeds Team ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Thank you for mentioning that your package came from LightInTheBox — we will definitely look into why their USPS tracking might show “Young Speed.” That could be a labeling or fulfillment issue from their logistics partner. Thanks again for your help and understanding. We're doing our best to get to the bottom of this to prevent further confusion for others. The Youngspeeds Team

Hi Kristi, Thank you so much for the heads up and for looking out for us—we truly appreciate your thoughtfulness. Yes, we’ve recently seen a number of similar reports about packages being sent from “Youngspeed” (without the s at the end), and we want to clarify that this is not us. Our official brand name is Youngspeeds, and we are in no way connected to these suspicious shipments. We’re very concerned about this and have been actively investigating, though it’s been quite difficult to trace. In the meantime, we’re so grateful for people like you who are helping spread awareness and protecting both our name and other potential recipients. Thank you again for your support and understanding. Team Youngspeeds

Hi lchriste, Thank you for your message. We’ve checked and found no order under your name or address. It’s possible someone else used our name by mistake, but we can confirm that Youngspeeds did not send any package to you. If you have a USPS tracking number, we’re happy to help you look into it! Thanks again for your understanding. The Youngspeeds Team ------------------------------------------------ Hi lchriste, Thanks for the information. I have double-checked with everyone at our company, and we can confirm that we have never sent out this package. I’m starting to suspect that someone might be using our name to carry out a scam. Please note that our official brand name is “Youngspeeds” — with an “s” at the end — not “Youngspeed.” We also recently received a similar message from another person who said she got a package from “Youngspeed,” even though she never ordered anything from us. It’s truly alarming. Thank you again for your patience while we look into this further. Please feel free to message me if you notice anything unusual! Have a wonderful day! :) The Youngspeeds Team --------------------------------------------- Hi lchriste, Thank you so much for your understanding and for updating the review — we truly appreciate it. Yes, please do refuse the package from "Young Speed" — you’re absolutely right, it is fraudulent and has nothing to do with us. We always take our customers' trust seriously and would never send anything without permission. Please stay cautious, and don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any concerns. We're here to help.
