Product was delivered on time along with easy to follow instructions, the online Facebook user group provides excellent information in regard to setup and usage. Many creative ideas are shared there as well. Very satisfied with Yorahome.

Hello Joyce, We are sorry that our product didn't meet your expectations. We are always looking to improve our products, so we will pass your feedback along to simply our product assembly. Our finance team will email and refund you within 24-48 hours. Thanks
Order process easy. Product arrived in a timely manner. Great video instructions for assembly and product use. Great product support and super User Group on Facebook. For price, I think it is well worth it. Product: 3018 Pro with 15w laser, upgraded to 3036 after a couple months use for larger projects.

Great site and service

I had to send 3 email to get a call back. I’m a police detective and finally received a call back during my working hours which I was not able to take. I called the return numbers and each time I was told the person at that extension was busy. I still have two pieces of Yorahome equipment I can not use. Darric Roesler

Thank you Darric for taking the time out to provide us with this feedback. We are sorry that we didn't find a working time that matches your schedule so far. We will pass your feedback along. Our support team will contact you again within the next 24-48 hours.
Assembly of unit had a few glitches because there was a couple of cables that looked the same, but the first one I installed was the wrong one and then the laser head movement was opposite of what the arrows showed, found the answer to that quickly on a video. Was assembled and running in less then 3 hours. I did watch a number of videos before product arrived, which made assembly and start up easy. I also downloaded lightburn and practiced with it before laser arrived. I only have done simple engraving so far on wooden soap dishes and cork coasters, they turned out great.

Overall, did a great job. My 100w laser got here faster then my first 6550 15w laser. I was helped with my questions and issue, through a zoom video call. I would recommend anyone purchasing a laser, get one from YoraHome. The Facebook group helps set this company apart from other companies. I have 3 lasers in total.
