Overall excellent experience, great customer service. Bough the 6550, 15W and the only thing between my 4 stars and a 5 star rating is the extended unavailability of the z-axis upgrade. Would certainly recommend YoraHome to others!

Good machine, took about 3 hours to put together. Having trouble with my computer recognizing my comm port. My device manager doesn’t list any comm ports. But I have two USB ports on the computer. stuck on the computer issue it should not be that hard. Once I get it running I submit another review.

I absolutely love my YoraHome machine and the customer service they offer is second to none Word of warning though, this stuff is addictive, once you start you just don't want to stop!

I am in Australia and was pretty worried about buying something off an add on Facebook but took the chance the delivery time was amazing very fast and the quick response i got every time i sent a email was very quick also once i got my laser and put it together it was truly very easy to use and load into the computer to get it up and running once i used it for a day i was already thinking of getting another one and i will soon very happy with everything about this company ie delivery service support the laser and the facebook page is fantastic for help and advice thank you

Product arrived on time and was packed well, assembley instructions were straight forward, the machine works well and is ideal for the hobbyist or small business doing one off designs
