I needed assistance with a replacement part on my laser. Jim went out if his way to get me me what I needed. It is nice to know there is great customer and technical support if it is needed.

Geno is the best very helpful and patient, he helped us get our laser working. We bought our laser in 2020 and have not been able to get it going until Geno helped us. He is fantastic.

Yesterday Nick Gaston took me through an hour long introduction to my new Yorahome 6550 Laser Engraver. The hour was well worth the time. Nick gave me some very practical advice that will save me hours of manual effort or trial and error. It opened my eyes to another level of ability with the laser. Thanks Nick

Easel program makes it easy to operate. The problem I have is that I’m experiencing some issues and their customer service is horrible. It’s been over 3 weeks since I reached out to them regarding my issue. They wanted pictures/videos of the problem. I did so and still haven’t had any solution to my issue. I also didn’t receive the adapter to my laser. It’s just been a struggle with them. I wish I just paid the extra money and bought an inventable.

Per the discussion with the support technician, it was noted that you were out of town for part of this period, and were not available to troubleshoot the machine directly. We are working to get appropriate replacement components to you as soon as possible. Regarding the missing item, that was not noted in your previous communication, but we will get that sent to you as well. Thanks for your patience.
Outstanding customer service. A nice “solid” unit (3018 pro”) Easy to set up. Instructional booklet was spot on. 1st test went very smoothly. Looking to many “ enhanced “ projects in the future. Highly recommend this machine if you are a novice like I am…I have a feeling this won’t be my last YORAHOME UNIT…
