I received a Mandrill machine for my birthday and we had some issues with the z axis not working correctly. Geno was kind enough to facetime with us and between him and my hubby and a few adjustments it now works perfectly. He was so kind and friendly.

I've been using my 6550 for quite a while now. I upgraded it to 40 watt and added the drag chain and the 65100 conversion. A super machine. my latest project is building a fully enclosed cabinet out of 8020 and weld curtains. I originally got this unit to fill in for my 60 watt CO2 unit while i waited for a new tube. The yorahome unit is now my main workhorse. Each time I have had an issue customer service has been right on the ball. Thanks for the great support.

I recently asked for help via the new "buddy" scheme. I received one reply from one person who offered advice but who could not be specific as he had a different machine, however his comments were very useful. I then had a reply from another person from within the company who live in the UK. We spoke and are arranging a video call to enable me to receive the help I need. I am so looking forward to hopefully turning out work like the many posts I see on facebook from the group. Excellent responses and timely help.
