I have had 2 major issues with my product. My last resort is to contact tech support. But both issues I couldn't find what I needed to fix my problem myself. But I am glad I did. Both times I had a very prompt response and with a few emails problem resolved.

While assembling the kit, a gear chain was too short; company owner - the owner! reached out on Facebook and email and offered suggestion, as well as replacement part to be shipped out ASAP.

Amazed at the outstanding customer service yorahome has. I contacted the support department have a bunch of questions to ask about the laser engraver, and the team got back to me in a timely manner and answered all my questions. Outstanding job looking forward to use your products!

Was unhappy about first request for help, they sent me a survey sent it back and 2 minutes later I got a phone call from Jeremy to explain their response which broke down to miss communication, most companys just blow off bad reviews, was very impressed with knowledge and help.
