Yorahome not only make great products (I absolutely love my silverback) but the customer service afterwards is second to none. As a complete newbie to the world of cnc Ive had to contact support multiple times with stupid, newbie questions and support is always there to help and guide me in the right direction. Any issue ive had they've rectified extremely promptly. I'm so glad I picked yorahome to embark on my cnc journey!

Once again Yorahome steps up! I had a minor issue installing a part on my Silverback over the weekend. I send an email to support but with it being Saturday afternoon I assumed I would not hear back until Monday. Within an hour I received a reply from Jeremy with the answers I needed to complete the install.

Customer support is awesome! Purchased and received Yora Silverback that had a bad stepper motor. I sent an email to support and had a response the next morning that a new one was being shipped out.

I was waiting an extended period of time to get my Mandrill CNC delivered to me and the team at Yorahome kept me updated on the process. Jeremy at customer service was so helpful and courteous. The issue has since been resolved and I also received a nice surprise as a result of the delay from Yorahome.
