I needed a screw for my spindle mount on my silverback 6060. I needed it quick! Completely my fault because I stripped the screw. They responded immediately and not only are they sending me entire spindle mount but they are doing it under the warranty! I will never own another brand machine or use another company. Hands down the best!

I find the people that run YoraHome stand by and are very compassionate about their products, and it shows with their tech support. The CNC machine I purchased is very durable and easy to use. I would totally recommend it!
