Dear Yellow Jacket Customer: Recently, you took the time to rate our product and/or our company. You may have done this on our website, a social media site or perhaps through a digital rating service provided through a third-party vendor. You were kind enough to interrupt your day to share with the public that you had a very positive transactional experience with our company and/or you are very satisfied with your purchase. We wanted to take a moment to THANK YOU for the stellar review and/or rating you posted for us. In today’s world it seems that the only people who ever take the time to provide feedback or post comments about things they are passionate about…are individuals who are disappointed, angry or upset about something. For that reason, we like to recognize the effort customer’s put forth to post positive feedback. However, we also know that customer satisfaction can be fleeting. A customer can be very happy with their purchase today and disappointed tomorrow if the performance of the product they purchased degrades for any reason. We want to assure you that we at Stinger Solutions are passionate about ensuring our customers remain completely satisfied with their user experience. Please keep in mind that if you need anything with regards to your Yellow Jacket product…we stand ready and willing to address your needs. Your purchase makes you part of an elite membership. You are now part of the Yellow Jacket family. Our goal is to make sure we are always here to support our products for you. THANK YOU again for the excellent rating and/or feedback you have provided us. We will work every day to continue to earn the “high-praise,” you bestowed upon us. Be safe…and remember, the future of self-defense…is in your hands. Dear Valued Yellow Jacket Customer: Recently, you received a general Customer Service Survey from a third-party vendor, who at our instruction contacted you because you had visited our website or emailed us in the past about the Yellow Jacket Smartphone Stun Gun Case. We certainly understand your frustration that we have not yet released a Yellow Jacket for your current model phone. While we are excited that you are motivated to purchase our product, we also acknowledge that it can be frustrating to wait for such a model to eventually be released. Please allow us to briefly explain what the delay in introducing new models is caused by. As you may imagine, it costs us hundreds of thousands of dollars of engineering, prototyping, testing, producing injection molds and adjusting case designs for various phone model characteristics. Because of the extreme costs in manufacturing such new models, we closely review the sales data from the various mobile phone manufacturers to see which model phones they are selling the most of. Much of that data is proprietary and therefore is not readily available to the “aftermarket,” manufacturing industry. Hence, we have to first wait and see if enough model phones will be sold, to a market demographic that our research indicates would be interested in carrying a Yellow Jacket Smartphone Stun Gun Case. Sometimes, the phone manufacturers themselves make proprietary changes during their own production runs when they identify “flaws,” in their phone models that forces us to adjust our engineering…resulting in us repeating our production process from the beginning. The short answer is it can be as frustrating for us as it is for you, that we cannot sometimes move faster to introduce a new model Yellow Jacket…before the phone manufacturer introduces a replacement model phone for the model we were about to launch. We are working to streamline our design and production process so as to be able to introduce new model Yellow Jackets at a faster pace. We ask for your continued patience and would suggest that you sign up for our Newsletter on our website to be kept abreast of new model offerings. We promise, our goal is to expand our product portfolio to better serve our client base. Please, don’t give up on us! Thank you for being a loyal believer in the Yellow Jacket Smartphone Stun Gun Case. Be safe!
