YanwenexpressReviews of yanwenexpress.com

I placed a replacement order from eu.esrtech.com and yanwen was fast and efficient and i got my order within 2 weeks.

Tracking stated 'wrong address' but it's the correct address. AMAZON makes deliveries all the time with no issues. Now my package is being sent back overseas after their alleged 1 attempt?

Yanwen is an absolute horrible shipper. I bought products from an online retailer who I was misfortunes to find out uses them. To start, they were unable to deliver to my PO Box calling it an "irregular address." Ive had many things over the years delivered to the PO Box no problem. Their resolution process is no existent. Their website is clunky and unintuitive. The customer service "reps" are unhelpful and may honestly be just bots. If you are buying from a retailer that uses them, you will be in for a rough go. Friendly warning. RLSD

Een hele vette broek besteld die door yanwen werd bezorgd. Verzending duurde wat langer maar ik ben blij dat het is aangekomen!

My first time buying something on temu and the delivery is bad.. they don’t contact me before they deliver and leave my package outside the front door and they steal my package plus there is a code to enter at the door where you can put my package inside the mailbox.. bad for business

This is what i wrote them; "Hi, for the second day in a row I'm finding myself very disappointed in your delivery. The package is left late night in front of the garage port, where it's at risk of being run over, instead of at the porch 5 steps away." And this is what they said; "Hello, we apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. However, this is in line with the local delivery model. Next time, you can contact me in advance to provide delivery instructions, such as "Do not place the package on the drive way right in front of the garage. " Once your package is assigned to a driver, I will pass these instructions on to the relevant colleagues." In other words, do not use this company, they don't care! See here that they do deliver packages to people's porch, but guess it depends on the a$$ delivering...

The delivery person threw my package up onto the porch from the sidewalk. He did not bother to walk up onto the porch and use the secure package box, where there are specific delivery instructions posted. Therefore my package was stolen. And this company is ignoring my complaints so now I am out the cost of the item because their delivery person was lazy, careless, and disrespectful
