Alina, Our local team in Colombia was very excited to host a Super VIP Yampu Traveler such as yourself! We are happy you enjoyed your latest trip and are excited to travel with you again soon.
Yampu did a great job of helping our family of ten plan a two-week trip to Peru’s Sacred Valley and the Galapagos. And the trip came off without a hitch—great local guides, good accommodations, and flawless execution. Yampu and Jose were wonderfully responsive throughout the planning and travel process. We wouldn’t hesitate to travel with Yampu again.

Mr. Armstrong, We appreciate you taking the time to let us know how our team is doing and are thrilled your Peru trip went beyond expectations. Jose is Yampu's founder who is originally from Peru, making him a true Peru travel expert! As always, you are in great hands when traveling with our experts.
Great. Only issue was that addresses were often unavailable on itinerary making us having to search for them.

Hi Edward, Thank you so much for your feedback! Speaking with your Tour Consultant, Stephanie, we acknowledge that the addresses were not as prominent as they should have been during your tour of Ireland. Being a special case trip that was self-driven, we can see the inconvenience. We take these problems and turn them into learning opportunities to better improve our services. We thank you again for your review and hope to travel with you again in the future!
I had the pleasure of working with Karolina to book my Kenya safari. Kenya was magical and the itinerary was pulled off with almost no hitches...and with the one issue (bags didn't make the connection), Yampu was there following up to assure that my bags made it to where they needed to be. We went to three separate areas of Kenya -- each offering a different glimpse into the country and the animals: Amboselli, Samburu and Masai Mara. I thought one safari in a lifetime would be sufficient...I was wrong! Definitely hope to be able to return to Africa.

Donna, Like the travel bug, once you are bitten by the safari bug you will never get enough! We are extremely happy that the safari experiences went beyond your expectations and look forward to seeing more amazing photos from you and your husband in the future!
Overall our travel was well planned and executed by Yampu and the local travel sources they employed to deliver the services we bought.

Thank you, Paul! Our local offices in all of Yampu's regions are highly vetted to make sure our travelers experience our destinations with Yampu's high level of expectations.
We worked with Jose on our Argentina trip and some details got complicated, as the trip had originally been planned by our sister, who could not go at the last moment. Jose spent quite a bit of time with the remaining two sisters (me being one of them), going over plans, answering questions and making some changes. We were always picked up at airports promptly and well taken care of. Guides were good (some incredibly good, such as Virginia in Iguazu Falls and Roberto in Cordoba). We like traveling with Yampu -- we are not with a large group and on our own at times but have guides when we want them.

It is our mission to help travelers fully experience our destinations, working with only the best local guides. We look forward to planning your next trip for you and both of your sisters in the future!
Karolina is awesome!! She planned a fabulous trip for us, and she reacted quickly when the airlines changed a flight.

Thank you so much, Jerome! We are all ecstatic that you enjoyed your trip thoroughly. Karolina has been with us for nearly 15 years and always put the client's needs first. Karo and the rest of the team can't wait to travel with you again in the near future!
Stephanie Rudolph was my agent for a recent trip to South America and she was wonderful, again. She also arranged a southern Africa trip for us that went very well. She was very patient with my initial indecision regarding what I wanted to do and see and with the budget I gave her. My many questions were quickly addressed. The trip itself went very smoothly with very minimal exceptions. After the vacation, she made sure I was reimbursed for meal paid and not taken and for an airline extra charge for baggage. Once again, an excellent job of getting me to what I wanted to do and see in the 5 countries I visited.
