I ordered a 31 gallon planter in May 2020 for $78.99. I kept waiting for it. Finally I wrote to them in June to get the tracking. It was stalled somewhere in the world??? Then In August 2020, I finally received a planter 1/2 the size of what I ordered. And it was broken. I wrote to them. They offered me 1/2 of a refund and I was to mail the broken one back to them in CHINA! I said I would not accept their offer. So they sent me this email: Jery (jieyi) Aug 7, 2020, 5:40 AM EDT Dear Customer, We are very sorry to hear that you are unwilling to accept our previous offer. In order to express our sincere apologies, we are willing to provide 100% refund for solving the problem. At the same time, you can still keep the product. In fact, we have already lost money, but we are willing to bear this cost so that our customer can have a pleasant shopping experience. Wish you a happy life. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me! Best regards, Jery ————————————————————- I waited for the refund for weeks. Never got it. So I contacted PAYPAL. After weeks of their investigation I was turned down by them BECAUSE THIS SELLER NOW TOLD PAYPAL THAT THEY SPITEFULLY WANTED THE “BROKEN INCORRECT PLANTER” MAILED BACK TO CHINA first, THEN they will release my $78.99, as per PAYPAL. I went to the Post Office and it would cost me $74.30 to mail back the planter! I didn’t do it, to net $4.69???? So my refund was DENIED via PAYPAL and I am out the $78.99USD and I have a broken garbage planter. NEVER AGAIN. Why are they allowed to transact business with the USA. They are a fraud! This company should NOT be allowed to do fraudulent transactions with we American consumers.

Stay well away. I ordered a log splitter which came with a free gift. I never received the log splitter, but as they sent the free gift separately they have a delivery tracked to me and I cannot recover my money.

I ordered a camping chair in a carrying bag but only received the bag. The seller offered a 50% refund but the flimsy bit of material with a handle didn't amount to the same value as the chair so I rejected their offer. They then said they would give me 100% refund but 2 months on, I'm still waiting.

I ordered camping bunk bed and even verified with the customer service that i was getting the beds but instead ended up with a blanket. I guess the deal was too good to be true but this company flat out lies about what you are actually getting.

Yes, another victim of scam. Ordered a golf practice net and received a poor 2nd hand golf ball. Got responses to email complaints but never delivered on any of those responses. So never received what I ordered and never received refund
