XlcourierReviews of xlcourier.com

Sehr Unfreundliches Unternehmen.

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING. I waited in all day for my delivery, followed the tracker, then received a message "unable to deliver, customer cancelled order" I tried to contact XLC, no reply, only available until 5pm. AVOID THIS CARRIER AT ALL COSTS !!!!

**Title: Extremely Poor Delivery Service and Unprofessional Customer Support** My experience with XLC Courier has been extremely frustrating. Despite providing a clear and correct address, the driver repeatedly had difficulty finding it. He called me but could not communicate in either German or English, making it impossible to resolve the issue. My delivery was repeatedly delayed, and the tracking information was confusing and unreliable. Customer service was equally disappointing. The WhatsApp support was unhelpful, and a live chat agent abruptly ended our conversation in a very rude and unprofessional manner. I wasted considerable time trying to receive a simple delivery. Terrible communication, unreliable delivery, and unacceptable customer service. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

Poor communication initially, but a collection has now been arranged I spent all day checking tracking for an urgently needed battery, with no updates or advance notice of delivery. The following morning, tracking updated at 8:45 and an unsuccessful delivery was recorded at 9:22. I missed the driver’s calls and called back approximately ten minutes later, but could not reach him. Calls to the company went unanswered, and getting a response by email was slow. I eventually reached someone through WhatsApp, but initially the responses repeatedly quoted a 3–4-day redelivery timescale, despite me explaining my travel deadline and offering to collect from the depot or meet the driver. After persistent chasing throughout yesterday and again this morning, I have now been told the package will be back at their Birmingham depot by 4:30pm today and that I can collect it then. Credit where it is due: the person handling WhatsApp has now helped arrange a practical solution, and I appreciate that effort. I am updating this review to acknowledge it, although I have not collected the package yet. The poor initial communication and the amount of chasing required remain disappointing. However, I am pleased they have now made an arrangement that should allow me to receive the battery.

1 star is 1 star more than they deserve! Turn up with no warning, then ignore follow up dates available. The customer support is a joke…utterly useless. There are so many couriers surely these will go out of business…please avoid using!

Anker’s choice of UK Courier (XLC Courier) is terrible. And Anker support not helpful either, I just purchase £1,700 battery kit from Anker, placed the order and expected to be able to request a delivery day and time – nope! On Wednesday (23rd/Sept) AM I get a TXT message from XLC Courier saying my battery is out for delivery would I be in, I replied no and could it be rescheduled for Friday (25th), answer was “that is nothing I can help you with”… less than helpful. Contacted Anker support and all they said to contact the Courier. The courier web site had nowhere to rearrange the delivery, so today I have called them twice (left a VM, twice, never called back) and so emailed. I finally got an email saying they will be delivering Monday and would I be in, well I’m not in Monday either! So emailed backed and said could they reschedule for Tuesday. Then I get a message “Dear Customer, Rescheduling will take 3-4 working days. Best Regards, Customer Service XL Courier Limited” This is an utter joke, there is no way to arrange a time for very expensive piece of kit to be delivered when I’m in. Utterly ridiculous !!! So far Anker NOT Impressed
