Making the decision to work with Xenios was the real turning point for me. One of my principal goals has been to reduce the amount of medications I'm on, particularly the statin I'd been taking for cholesterol. From our very first session, he instilled confidence in me that this would be possible. He went through my blood work—there were 52 biomarkers—all of this explained in a way that I would understand. Probably the biggest thing was that I no longer had to take the statin. My cholesterol was so terribly low because of the medicine, and he showed me how to do this with lifestyle modifications. We also discussed other relevant issues concerning my health, like hydration and diet, and how they all interlink. His advice was practical and tailored to fit my life, hence much easier to get started with the changes. What hit me between the eyes was how much Xenios cared about helping me achieve my goal, which is to come off medications. He didn't just advise; he gave a clear plan that felt quite within my reach. Already seeing some changes now, I am feeling more in control of my health than ever before. If you want to reduce your meds and try natural ways of controlling your health, then it becomes a necessity to work with Xenios. He is not a health coach; rather, someone really interested in supporting a better life for all human beings with less dependency on medications.

I started working with Xenios when I realized I needed to get serious about my health. Right from the start, Xenios was amazing—super knowledgeable about all those health markers and really great at explaining things in a way that made sense to me. He took a deep dive into my blood work, checking out 54 different markers, and really focused on what was going on with my cortisol levels, which turned out to be pretty low. He walked me through what this meant and what we could do about it, which was a huge relief. Xenios didn’t just throw a bunch of medical talk at me; he gave me specific, doable steps to improve my diet and manage my blood sugar, which has made a big difference in how I feel every day. It’s not just about the numbers for him; he genuinely cares about fitting the changes into my life. The best part? I feel like I’ve learned so much about my health that I’m actually in control now, not just following orders. Working with Xenios has been a game-changer. If you’re thinking about getting some health coaching, I can’t recommend him enough. He’s kind, he’s smart, and he’ll work with you to get you where you need to be.

I chosen Xenios for my comprehensive health analysis this year instead of a doctor. From our initial conversation, I was impressed by his deep understanding and methodical approach to health biomarkers. He listens carefully and explains complex health data in a way that is both educational and actionable. During our session, he thoroughly analyzed 52 biomarkers, providing a clear understanding of my health strengths and areas needing attention. His detailed explanations transformed abstract numbers into meaningful insights, highlighting unoptimized markers and offering personalized recommendations to address them. This comprehensive test was not only about identifying issues but also celebrating the optimized results, which reassured me of my health's good aspects. One of the most impactful discussions was about my cardiovascular health. His expertise in interpreting biomarkers related to heart health was invaluable, especially considering the complexity of cholesterol management and cardiovascular risks. His tailored advice extended beyond general guidelines, focusing on dietary changes specific to my needs, which involved reducing processed meats and incorporating healthier fats like olive oil as excessive amount of saturated fats is impacting my cholesterol. I am happy I did my blood test with Xenios this year because his approach is about fixing issues with real food and NOT medications. He ensured that the recommendations fit seamlessly into my daily routine without overwhelming me. The approach is holistic, extending far beyond traditional health coaching by fostering a deeper understanding of how my body functions and how I can maintain its well-being through informed choices. I am incredibly grateful for the insights and personalized care provided. After my 93 minutes consultation with Xenios I feel happy to share my experience. Xenios is the real deal! From the moment I clicked on his Facebook ad, I was fully engaged by him personally! Not his team, but him. Xenios spent over an hour with me on a personal Zoom call and listened more than he spoke. Genuine empathy is his superpower! From day one, Xenios and his team were there for me- daily emotional support, weekly check ins, full accountability, and a program fully customized to my needs (dietary restrictions and injuries). I committed to a 12 month transformation, but after 6 months I extended to 18 months because of my insane results- in 18 months I lost over 40 lbs, packed on tons of muscle, and cut my total body fat % from 42% to…18%!!! No quick fixes, just a program that works IF you are committed to change. Data doesn’t lie and there’s no hiding in this program- input equals output and Xenios is the ultimate professional! I highly recommend this program to ANYONE that is wanting to change their life. If you want to lose weight fast, this isn’t for you. Xenios will build you a program that will lead to lifelong, sustainable change- mind, body, and spirit! Thank you, Xenios! I love you, brother ⚔️💪❤️ Forever grateful, Eric Tamayo
