Your order was dropped off at USPS on time, but unfortunately, it appears the package was lost in transit before the first scan, which made it look like it was never shipped. As soon as we identified the issue, we processed a full refund to make sure you weren’t left waiting. While USPS handling is beyond our control once items are accepted, we take full responsibility for ensuring our customers are taken care of promptly.
