New customer here. xCloud has many features that my previous provider did not such a unique sftp per application, containerization of apps and magic login. UI is very good. Support helped me via live chat to help me get things set up that I was having trouble with.

My experience at xCloud has been a breath of fresh air. Its easy to detect the sincerity and spirit of customer service that this company operates in. I have been searching for a control panel that fits me, will help with all the tasks related to hosting and has a user friendly experience. xCloud seems to check all of those boxes. There is a lot of trust in the team behind this product. A track record means something and they have it. I special shout out to Cassandra and Sheri for being patient with me as I was onboarding and learning the system. Their kindness and support answering all my questions was a big reason I felt I was ready to join the team. I am excited knowing I can build my business and use this great product to help power my needs!

My invoice is paid. Now they shutdown my server and aren't even responding, first one site was keep getting disconnected which messed up with our rankings. Abir Hasan Dipu, couldnt even check if an invoice is paid or not. He gives us 2 days but within 2 days he shuts down the server. He deserves to be fired.

Hello Dylan, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. As outlined in xCloud's Terms of Service (ToS), invoices for managed servers are due by the 5th of each month. Automated reminders are sent for unpaid invoices daily, and accounts are locked on the 7th if payment isn’t received. In your case, we manually reached out too on September 12th, followed by a second notice on the 13th before taking action. Upon review, we confirm that your payment was made on September 12th. However, due to a billing delay, it wasn’t immediately reflected, which resulted in your account being locked. Once you contacted support, we promptly reactivated your server. To avoid future issues, please ensure your added payment method is active and has sufficient funds as our automated billing will handle everything smoothly. Our support team has been in daily contact with you to ensure everything is back on track. We regret the disruption and are actively improving our processes to prevent future issues. I've been using xCloud for nearly six months and have transferred all my clients' websites to their platform. The user-friendly interface, competitive pricing, and solid customer support, including free site migration, make it a reliable choice for web hosting. I started using xCloud about 2 months ago. At the same time I also started with a competitor. After a month of using both I moved the sites on the other platform to xCloud. Both site were running droplets on Digital Ocean. The xCloud platform has more features, like quick and easy staging sites and the ability to create WordPress templates which automatically installs plugins and themes (both are limited to free versions and not paid). Every time I have a question they have been fast to respond and fast to get things fixed. Including little things like text that wasn't clear in the interface

This panel is awesome for agencies that focus on WordPress! We’ve been using xCloud to manage our 150 WordPress sites and 5 servers, and it’s been a fantastic experience. The platform is built specifically for WordPress, which makes managing our websites super efficient. One of the best things about xCloud is how easy it is to use. The interface is straightforward, so juggling multiple sites doesn’t feel overwhelming at all. Plus, the hosting stack has been top-notch; our sites load quickly, and we hardly ever deal with any issues, using both Nginx and OpenLitespeed on different servers. xCloud comes packed with features that really improve the hosting experience. From automated backups to one-click updates, they’ve thought of everything to make site management a breeze. xCloud is one of the best panels I've tried. And I've tried a ton, including cPanel, HestiaCP, CloudPanel, CyberPanel... Not just those, I've also used Runcloud, Cloudways, ServerAvatar, FlyWP, Ploi... I really enjoy testing all kinds of panels, and there was always something missing until I found xCloud. I pair it with Hetzner (ARM!) servers and I have no complaints at all. Disclaimer: Only compatible with WP sites, so I still use other panels for other apps.

They have a great panel with the latest features and a very well trained and responsive support team. They also helped me migrate my sites for free.
