I ordered their service but after I released they were only serving WordPress. Their support team managed to handle all my questions on time including the refund of my order. Overall their support is excellent but I can't say anything about their hosting service.

I had very high expectations with XCloud and did more than I had to to try to make it work, however I soon realized that their support is short-staffed and they don't have any true WP experts working, only low level support agents that provide vague answers or no solutions at all via support ticket. A simple migration request took them 1 week to try to figure out, and even after 2 sites were transferred, the speed was twice as slow as same sites on WPX. Although their UI/UX is superb to manage servers and sites, they seriously need to invest in hiring more WP/server experts to solve issues and provide faster responses instead of the 1 response per 24 hours experienced. Ended up going back to WPX, very bad experience. Don't recommend their service at all unless they officially announce more experienced support being added in the future.

Review: We have been using Xcloud for several months now, and overall, the experience has been extremely positive. However, a recent incident truly showcased the exceptional service and technical expertise that Xcloud offers. The Challenge: One day, our websites suddenly became inaccessible, even though the server appeared to be online and connected to Xcloud. Cloudflare indicated that the server was down. While troubleshooting, we discovered that nginx had failed to start and could not be restarted. The Solution: We promptly contacted Xcloud’s support team. They quickly identified the issue and escalated it to their network department. After a thorough evaluation, which took a few days, we received a detailed response via email. Their technical team resolved the problem swiftly, and our websites were back online in no time. Why I Recommend Xcloud: This experience reinforced why Xcloud is one of the best providers in the industry. Their customer support is responsive, their technical expertise is impressive, and they work efficiently to resolve issues. What could have been a major setback was handled seamlessly, minimizing downtime and ensuring our operations were back on track. Final Thoughts: If you’re looking for a reliable, professional, and customer-focused cloud provider, I can wholeheartedly recommend Xcloud. Their commitment to excellence and quick problem-solving make them a standout choice.
