Hi, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience with support during this incident felt slow and frustrating. After reviewing the related tickets, we found that this was not an actual server security compromise, but rather a false alarm caused by a misinterpretation of the issue. That should have been clarified much earlier, and we are sorry for the confusion and concern this caused. We understand that when security is involved, speed, clarity, and confidence matter just as much as the technical findings. In this case, we did not meet the standard we aim for in how we communicated the situation, and we take that seriously. Your feedback is appreciated and has been shared internally so we can improve how similar cases are handled going forward.
