I've been using xCloud since it's early days for Wordpress hosting and it's been great. Great enough that I hadn't had a need to contact support. Recently I started dabbling with their hosting for Laravel and Node.js - hosting where I'm not quite as experienced. I had some issues, and they were very responsive and helped me get up and running more quickly than I expected. They did a great job!

I've been using xCloud for my hosting services and recently encountered a WordPress login issue affecting multiple websites on my server. Lucy and the xCloud support team responded promptly, investigated the issue, and resolved it efficiently. I really appreciate Lucy's quick response, professionalism, and willingness to help. The issue was fixed, and all my websites are running normally again. I'm very satisfied with the service and will continue using xCloud. We have been using xCloud for hosting and server management, and I have to give credit where it is due: the platform has made some serious progress over the past year. The servers have been solid, the network performance has been reliable, and the overall experience has continued to improve with every round of updates. In the hosting world, “boring” is actually a compliment. You want things fast, stable, and not making your phone light up at 2:00 AM like a Christmas tree. xCloud has done a good job delivering that kind of steady, dependable service. One of the biggest things I appreciate is that xCloud has not just sat still. They keep adding useful features, improving the dashboard, expanding services, and making the platform better for people who actually manage websites and servers every day. It feels like the team is listening to users and building in a practical direction, not just adding shiny buttons for the sake of adding shiny buttons. Support has also been a working point. When something needs attention, it is nice to deal with a team that understands the platform and responds like real people once you get passed the first tier. That matters. Hosting is one of those services where support is not important until suddenly it is very, very important — and when that moment comes, you want someone who knows what they are doing. The added services and improvements over the past year have made xCloud feel more mature, more flexible, and more useful for agencies, developers, and businesses that need a better way to manage hosting without turning every little task into a server science project. I recently had an issue deploying an Astro website via Git on a custom PHP setup in xCloud. The repository wasn't pulling any files, and the site just kept showing the default "Welcome to OpenLiteSpeed!" message. When the initial chat bot couldn't pinpoint the issue, I was smoothly transferred to a human support agent. The agent was incredibly friendly, professional, and fast. They immediately checked my deployment logs and found the exact root cause: my Astro site required Node js/npm dependencies, which weren't installed on the server yet. When the panel installation for Node.js temporarily failed from my end, the support team didn't just leave me to figure it out. They asked for SSH permission, logged into the server, and manually installed Node.js for me within 10 minutes. My website is now fully live and running perfectly. I am so impressed with their quick troubleshooting, proactive attitude, and excellent customer service. Highly recommend xCloud!
