I made a purchase July 19th 2026, it is now August 19th 2026, two weeks after my purchase they stopped responding to emails about the purchase and still no response, I have done every step they asked

Don’t buy anything from here
Don’t buy anything from here! I bought a pronounceable 4 Letter for $80. Was told The gamertag wasn’t available and was sent a list of what was, chose different ones and never got a response. Reached back out… It’s been crickets. Just a bunch of excuses saying they need 2 weeks to “check what’s available” still giving another chance to get what i payed for before I charge back.
