On August 26
On August 26, 2026, I purchased a 3-letter account for $310. At the time of purchase, the account was advertised as being available for **instant delivery**. However, as of September 11, 2026, I still have not received the account or any information regarding the status of my order. I contacted support via email once but have not received a response. I have also opened multiple support tickets through the Discord server, but the tickets have been closed before I am able to see or respond to any message from the support team. It has now been over two weeks since my purchase, despite the account being advertised as an instant-delivery product. I understand that issues can sometimes cause delays, but I have not received any explanation or update regarding why my order has not been fulfilled. I am still hoping to receive the account I purchased. I would appreciate a clear update regarding my order and an explanation for the significant delay. If the account cannot be delivered, I would like to know what options are available for resolving the situation, including a possible refund. Thank you for your time. I hope we can resolve this matter as soon as possible.
