I had several questions regarding the X-Sense smoke & CO detectors and e-mailed X-Sense. Within a day Gigi, from X-Sense customer service, responded with one of the most thorough and helpful responses that I’ve received from a company. Very quick response from X-Sense Customer service. I had one unit of seven that would go offline occasionally, they walked me through troubleshooting and sent a replacement right away. I love these SC07-MR Combination Smoke and Carbon Monoxide detectors. Knowing I can monitor them when away from home and narrow down which detector set the others off is a great piece of mind. I highly recommend X-Sense detectors. Thank You

Nach der Einrichtung meiner X-Sense-Rauchmelder gab es Probleme mit der Verbindung zur Basisstation. Die Melder gingen immer wieder offline, der Nachtmodus ließ sich nicht einstellen und Funktionstests wurden in der App als fehlgeschlagen angezeigt. Der Support hat sehr schnell und kompetent reagiert und den entscheidenden Hinweis gegeben: Die Melder mussten aus der App entfernt und erneut korrekt hinzugefügt werden, ohne sie anschließend zusätzlich manuell miteinander zu koppeln. Seitdem funktionieren Nachtmodus, Funktionstest und Push-Benachrichtigungen einwandfrei und alle Melder bleiben online. Vielen Dank insbesondere an "Anna" für die schnelle, freundliche und zielführende Unterstützung. So sollte Kundenservice sein!
