Dear Anita, thank you for sharing your feedback. After attempting to resolve this issue with you, and ultimately issuing a full refund, please allow us to provide our perspective on the situation in response to your review. As we have established, and you confirmed in your emails, there was a miscommunication between EU customs and yourself/the recipient. Although this is not something we have any control over, our customer support team continued to make every effort to assist you with this issue. We acknowledge that there were a lot of moving parts (from customs to shipping carriers), however this is standard procedure when ordering from a non EU-country to the EU. As an alternative, we do offer Priority EU shipping through DHL only, though customs procedures would still apply. We regret that your experience with cross-border shipping was frustrating – and although we would also have preferred for the order to arrive, we hope the refund provides some resolution.
