I'd need time to see how well it cleans up after using the dry erase.

Hi, So far, the product is wonderful! However, what is disappointing is the chat service or email for customer service. The best way to get an answer is definately by phone (and the guy who answered was wonderful and helpful). I found the other ways ineffective. I emailed a simple question regarding shipping on a Monday, and I didn't get the answer until Thurs. (but received the product on Weds.) after getting all my questions answered upon calling someone on a Monday. I loved the extra goodies I received in the box as a first time customer. Thank you!!

We got the whitey board mattes. Was a little apprehensive that they would be a lot harder to install than the resource film showed. It was actually really easy. No problems at all. We also got some of the paint. Little disappointed with the paint. We did white paint on a light tan wall. We used all 50sq ft of paint for a 30sq ft area. You can still see the tan through the white paint. The surface seems to be fine and working well, just disappointed that the white paint is as transparent as it is. Wish instructions would have given us the heads up on this. We would have put a white primer on first.

Originally we ordered the regular Writey board. This product truly does not install properly. We shared our experience with the organization and they sent us two premium writey boards. These installed perfectly. We are happy with the outcome. Will order again. Thank you

We are a co working space with dozens of private offices and conference rooms that have writeyboards in them. We needed a replenishment of markers and clothes along with additional branded stickers and received the order quite quickly. Very satisfied!

I purchased the large 5x7 Writeyboard. First, I didn't realize that it came as a roll. Maybe I just didn't research/read well enough to catch that on the website. Plus, it was a little too big for easy application on the wall and required more than 3 people. I wound up cutting it in half, which was easier to work with. Second, removing the paper on the back was a bit hard when also trying to smooth the board onto the wall evenly. Maybe if the paper was scored into sections it would have been easier. Everything aside, when I called to discuss the problems, Bruce listened and helped. In my opinion, not everything will work as smoothly as demonstrated by professionals, but great customer service will make up for it. Thank you Bruce!!! I would order again.

This is not a beginner's installation onto a wall! It took 3 people to get it right, despite having watched the online video for a smaller board. Now I have little bubble I can't work out. Otherwise, it works well and I am pleased. I like your slogan, "Think out loud"!
