Wright Bros customer service was wonderful on my recent purchase of what turned out to be a defective product. Within 5 minutes of me picking up my phone to call I had a satisfactory solution. What’s inexplicable to me is that product descriptions on the website tend to be sloppy/incomplete and product selection has definitely slipped since my previous purchase several years ago.
