Thank you for sharing your feedback. We would like to clarify the situation for transparency and to ensure that other customers have the correct information. Our product pages clearly provide the relevant product information, features, documentation, demos, and support resources so customers can review the product before making a purchase. We also have a support team available to answer pre-purchase questions and assist customers in evaluating whether a product meets their requirements. In this particular case, the purchase was made based on a misunderstanding of the product. The product was purchased without first verifying the available product information and, as stated in the review. While we understand that mistakes can happen during purchasing, this was not a technical or service-related issue caused by WP Swings. Our support team did not intentionally delay the matter or attempt to pressure the customer. Refund requests are reviewed according to our refund policy and, where necessary, escalated internally to ensure the appropriate decision is made. We believe it is important to follow the same process consistently for all customers rather than making assumptions based solely on the timing of a request. We encourage all customers to review product details, documentation, demos, and refund terms before purchasing. If there is any uncertainty, our support team is always available to clarify requirements before a purchase is made. We respect every customer's feedback, but we also believe it is important that the circumstances surrounding this particular purchase are represented accurately. Regards,
