WPForms is AMAZING!

Just installed the plugin yesterday. After having some design issues I contacted the support. Within hours I got feedback and a working solution for all my questions! Great support!!!

Un plugin semplice e completo, adatto anche a chi non ha competenze come sviluppatore. Configurazione chiara, organizzata per step, completa sia per form base che avanzate. Inoltre, un supporto tecnico veloce e disponibile. Mai più senza!

The product itself is fine. The customer support people are nice - but their customer service is horrible. You cannot reach anyone by telephone. Their auto-renewal is EXTREMELY frustrating. The initial billing is about 50% of the "normal" billing and then they start hounding you with renewal messages. They will tell you they can give you a "partial refund" if you go ahead and renew at the "normal" price rather than just offering an appropriate price up front. Frankly, I like their product. I think their "normal" pricing is about 1/3 higher than it should be - and evidently so do they if they are willing to give you a "partial refund" if you renew. It feels a bit like the company is being run by folks who really love developing software - but don't like to focus on the nuts and bolts of true customer satisfaction/service. Full disclosure - I'm trying to cancel my latest purchase as I write this and I will never get involved with the company again. It was several days of hassle that was unnecessary if they just had clear and customer-centric processes, information, and support. They've lost this customer for good.

This excellent tool for WordPress has saved me many hours developing various websites. I started with the lowest-level subscription, which worked so well that I upgraded to Pro. The item that stands out the most is the Customer Service. They were patient and worked with me when I had an unclear understanding of the documentation. Great company with a great tool.

For me, I had a complicated form with conditions and calculations. I thought I might have to simply build 3 forms. I sent in a request, and within an HOUR I got a response. The form was fixed doing exactly what I needed it to do (I gave wpforms access to log directly into the site--I totally trust them!). I didn't even check my email for several hours, because I didn't think I'd hear from them for 24-48 hours. I was stunned when it was all fixed and working beautifully within the hour. Please don't expect that kind of service all the time, I get how hard it is to take care of customer needs. But, I can guarantee they'll have it fixed in a timely fashion (maybe not super speed like this time!) I couldn't recommend 'em more! Thank you!
