Hi Steve, thank you for your feedback! It's great to read that you feel you can rely on the team for WordPress support; that's exactly what we're here for. We hope to work with you for many more years to come. Onwards and upwards!
They perform all required updates from plug-ins to new WordPress versions. They back-up the website daily, plus they monitor and maintain the security and firewall. Our uptime is 100% to date. I recommend the Perform package which includes tablet and mobile optimization, image and media optimization and speed optimization.

Great to hear, Allen!
You definitely get what you pay for with WP Buffs. That being said, it's not enough. I would prefer to pay more for better service instead of getting the cheapest WP support available. I agree with another reviewer that they don't prioritize the tickets properly. Also, they work sequentially and won't go on to the next ticket until the last ticket is finished, so if you have a tricky one, you have to close it out so they will go on to the next easy or urgent one, then reopen the old one. We had a ticket that was being worked on for a very long time, over a month, partly due to me responding slowly, partly due to them apparently stopping for other tickets that were sent in. The response time is generally much slower than stated, unless you consider the auto-reply within a 24-hr response window. I have had to wait days for proper acknowledgement on some tickets. Also, the tickets get assigned to new engineers as shifts change which is not always optimal. I will be exchanging emails with one engineer over the course of a few hours, and then another engineer on the next shift picks up the ticket and they may not have the full understanding. The email-only communication is antiquated. It can take 2-3 days of back and forth emails to clarify an issue. Once a support engineer starts working on a ticket, I would like real-time communication to expedite the process. Slack would be best, or a Slack-like interface. Chat would be an improvement too.

Hi Rita, thanks for your feedback. it is correct that we work on one ticket at a time, with turn-around times of 24 - 48 hours per ticket. It's not advisable to be working on multiple issues at a time on a website as things can get complicated rather quickly. It looks like our Client Success Team had that conversation with you to make sure we were all on the same page. If you've had to wait a few days for a response on a ticket, it's likely that our team was already working on an issue for you and that ticket would be handled next. Overall, it looks like working with us has been a success. However, we are taking on board your feedback and we'll always aim to improve our workflow and systems based on feedback provided by valued clients - we really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and we hope for a continued successful partnership.
