Worldwide ExpressReviews of worldwideexpress.com

Poor poor poor customer service/support. Overcharging from the quote given. Changing box measurements and weights when auditing (no way could there be such a big difference from what we have) . Can't get a response from them when trying to get answers to questions on a bill. It isn't just a one time issue, it's nearly every week when I get our invoice.

All the negative reviews on all the platforms are 100% spot on. Zero customer support, I mean, they have people who pretend to care but they do not and really just need to you to pay an invoice and go away. The super fun unexpected post-shipment billing adjustments, and difficulty resolving freight claims, really any claims. Scheduling issues, portal failures, price gouging. The billing over charges are criminal. They will hold your accounts hostage while you rack up debt when you try to cancel. They will get pressure from management to do what ever it takes to keep you and when it's not working they'll ghost you and your account, leaving it open and racking up more fees. They will lose your packages and blame it on UPS. They will send you bills for months that haven't happened yet.

Was scammed out of 2k for a shipment that was from San Diego Ca. To Turlock, CA. It’s been since end of May. Police Report made and also fraud report to bank

Horrific customer service! Poorly trained customer service staff and and overall sketchy experience with disconnected calls, no return phone calls and lack of service. I’ll move on from UPS as a result

Wow, this company was awful. They said they could deliver better rates than our standard UPS rates. Their rates were higher every time. They couldn't even get UPS pickups successfully scheduled for us, then tried to send us a higher bill than what we pay today with UPS! The lady that was assigned to our account kept saying she our rates should be lower and she didn't know why this was happening. She finally quit answering emails when she couldn't help us. She never took accountability. Dealing with this company was a solid waste of time.

False shipment information used to delay victims and avoid legal actions. Maybe linked to fraudulent online shops. Former name inworldexpress.

The first package was denied by customs so I had to reorder it.Now they are claiming that they delivered the package on 11/06/25 at 3:25pm before it was even that time. When that time came they didn't show up.They are the purest form of SCAM.

First deliv attempt they did not have proper documents to pass customs. 2nd deliv attempt they say package was delivered and signed----NOT---I was out of country the date they say it was delivered. They cannot supply signature or whom signed. Numerous delay tactics in getting responses other thatn woos to try to delay me taking further action.
