We understand your frustration and apologize for the inconvenience. Due to stricter Customs requirements, we must carefully verify importer registrations, including names, addresses, and authorized signers, before proceeding with filings. In this case, we needed additional information from you to complete the review, but unfortunately, we did not receive the requested answers. Without this information, we were unable to move forward. We take these requirements seriously to help ensure compliance and appreciate your understanding.
