Terrible customer support. Ordered dinnerware from Cost Plus. Packaging is completely insufficient. Each package had multiple dishes arriving broken. Reached out for customer support to receive a refund on the broken items. Had to reach out 4 times on an item and never received a refund. Emailed, sent pictures multiple times and called. All I get is directed to somebody else and nobody is helping. Very frustrating experience.

I havent been able to place an online order for 2 weeks. I got in touch with customer service and was told they are overhauling their website. Was then put on terminal hold. Emailed them and got a canned response. I called again today and was told that they can't take rewards or promotion coupons over the phone. WHAT? I have never heard of such a thing. This company has been in trouble for quite a while and it looks like their upper management is going to run it into bankruptcy but not before they get their golden parachutes.

Ordered 4 chairs almost 2 months ago and only received 2. The other 2 are lost somewhere and WM will not refund me the $750 until they receive the 2 chairs I never received back in their warehouse. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. They are thieves.

They sent me an email that had and advertisement for a Christmas garland and I clicked on it but it didn’t come up with the search. I tried the search bar and couldn’t type anything in it. I’m a prime member and the website is horrible! Thanks for playing. Not shopping from you any longer!

I wouldn't even give it a 1 star. I wouldn't recommend buying there meat I have had to take chicken, pork back 3 different times because it was rotten. Instead of giving me my money back they made me get more of there meat on epriham st in fort worth tx. Not only that they charge a high price to shop there. How can this be legal especially with people that are low income and recieve food stamps. They still charge all them fees. I didn't think you could charge fees and taxes on food stamps. I need to find out were I can make a complaint on this particular store. I won't ever shop there meats or store again. How can the butchers not smell the horrible smell when packaging this meat or is it setting out there past its time of expire. Daniel is the one who refused to give me my money back and made me get more meat. I will take this higher and to the FDA. He was a manager at this store.

I received a special notice to click here for $5.00 certificate (3). When I did they said I was not a qualified customer. When I complained, they blocked my email address. Very Rude…

If you HAVE to buy something from World Market ... go to a physical store. Do not buy anything from them online, because if you need to return it, they do not honor the return policy clearly stated on their website. Customer service will do everything they can to frustrate and tire you out in the hopes you will just quit and let the company keep your money. Their return policy is a lie. I tried to return a rug I bought online (mind you it arrived late) and all customer service did was give me the runaround when I called and emailed multiple times to ask about the process of returning the item to the warehouse.

I ordered a beautiful painting. When it arrived it was the wrong painting. When I called them, they said they would refund me and give me the painting. Now they are saying I needed to return it. They never sent a ups label. They lie, instead of just sending me a refund they send a very ugly painting. This store is bs.
