Interfacing with online companies over the years, I’ve unfortunately grown accustomed to poor or nearly non-existent customer service. How refreshing it is to deal with an online company that truly cares about its customers! I quickly received an email stating a tracking number was forthcoming and an invitation to ask any questions I might have about my purchase. I responded and shared a bit about my fight with a protracted back issue and my fitness goals going forward. I was very surprised to receive a personal reply that was truly encouraging.
