Great Help in an Urgent Situation
The whole World team appreciated the urgency of our request and took quick action. Diane even called me personally to confirm that she had personally sent the emblems to both locations requested. Diego was away, but he is always a fantastic help. My only critique is that the portal only allows a maximum number of delivery addresses for my entire team, and we are unable to change them ourselves on the portal, so I always have to reach out to the World team to update. This delays my request. It would be great if there wasn't a maximum for our address list, and/or if we could edit addresses currently on the list.

Hi Stacey, We're thrilled to hear about your positive experience with our team's responsiveness! We also appreciate you flagging the limitation on delivery addresses in the portal. This is valuable feedback, and we'll pass it along to our team as we continue improving the platform to make managing your account easier and faster. Thank you again for your partnership!
