Excellent customer service and superior product--especially for high end projects. Our customers love their custom metal vent hoods! Highly recommend!

This is an amazing company to work with when it comes to custom hoods. Stephanie has made working with World Copper Smith on one job to now a life-long vendor. Great customer service and communication.

JD - Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review! At CopperSmith, we continuously strive to serve all of our customers better. We are so glad to hear that your kitchen farmhouse sink and range hood met expectations and that our team was able to meet your needs. We truly look forward to working with you again on your next project — thanks again!
I was so scared to order such an expensive item online without ever touching it. But this proved to be one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I felt there was a little bit of time between the ordering and the shipping that I was not getting enough communication, but I just reached out to them and they had no problem catching me up on what was going on and where in the process my hood was at that time. It arrived perfectly packed without a single dent or a scratch on the crate. When it shipped I was able to follow it all the way to the delivery destination. And when I was able to finally have it installed it was more beautiful in person that could ever be in a picture. It is exactly what I hoped it would be!

Dayna - Thank you for much for your review regarding your recent project! It was a pleasure to work with you.
Same experience as others on here. Ordered and paid for hood in March. Still not delivered and ZERO communication unless you reach out to them and then they just give you a new delivery date weeks or months out. PLEASE consider carefully if you are thinking of ordering from them. I wish I never had. Now I am out $6000 and don’t have any reasonable belief that I will ever receive my hood. I wish someone had warned me.

Stephanie - I appreciate your input on pointing out where we could have explained things better; your honesty and feedback is greatly appreciated. We will be implementing some changes based on your feedback—thank you for your review!
I purchased a farmhouse sink with the bear motive and a hood with the deer in the forest motif. Both are just as pictured and much more impressive in person. They have become the talking points of my kitchen. Everyone at coppersmith was very helpful will all my questions before and after ordering. Very high quality products.

Nicole - Thank you so much for taking the time to provide us with this 5-star review and for providing us with your feedback! We're thrilled that you loved how it turned out and hope to see photos of the space sometime soon!
Our new hood turned out absolutely perfect. Everyone at Coppersmith was so helpful. We did not need to worry if the new hood would fit where the old one was because we received a detailed drawing of the new one to check out before production. Just what our custom home needed!
