Beware of Unethical Billing Practices
I cannot comment on the quality of their services or content, as I secured a job on my own. However, I would advise caution when providing your credit card information. Despite their stated refund policy, I was charged during the trial period and was denied a refund even though I followed the cancellation process within the timeframe. Their customer service has been unhelpful, and I felt their practices were not transparent. I value doing business with companies that are honest, upfront, and fair. Unfortunately, my experience with this program fell short, leaving me questioning their integrity. Response: Dear Workit Daily, I am writing to express my concern regarding the handling of my 7-day free trial subscription. When I signed up, I was under the clear understanding that no charges would be made unless I consented to continue after the trial period. However, it seems the policy was altered or misrepresented, leading to an unexpected charge. It is misleading and unacceptable to promote a 7-day free trial and then change the terms after the fact, or redirect to hidden terms effectively charging individuals without informed consent. This behavior could be interpreted as a deceptive business practice, as it breaches the trust of customers and aligns more with predatory tactics. To resolve this matter fairly, I kindly request: 1. A refund of the unauthorized charge. 2. Confirmation of the cancellation of any further subscriptions or obligations. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I may need to escalate the matter further, as consumers have rights under Section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act which prohibits “unfair or deceptive acts or practices in or affecting commerce.” 1. Misleading Representations or Omissions: Companies cannot advertise offers, such as free trials, in a way that misleads consumers about the terms, conditions, or associated charges. I trust you will address this matter swiftly and in good faith. Kind Regards, Brandi

These include clear guidelines regarding the 7-day free trial, cancellations, and our no-refund policy (unless the date of intent is sent before renewal) for partially used membership periods. Our team strives to be transparent about our policies, which are publicly available for review here: https://wid-help.circle.so/c/memberships-services/. We must respectfully uphold these terms to maintain fairness and consistency for all customers. We appreciate your understanding, and we wish you the best moving forward. Work It DAILY Team 01/24/2025: Hi Brandi, Thank you for your update. We want to address this matter directly. At the time of sign-up, the checkout screen clearly displayed: "FREE FOR 7 DAYS (Free trials can only be used once - only at the time of the original sign-up)." This information was not hidden or omitted, and you agreed to these terms by completing the sign-up process. Thank you for your feedback. However, our decision aligns with the policies and guidelines clearly outlined during sign-up.
