How did he help? He gave me the perception that the hard can be made easy. I don't have the courage to submit my resume and do interviews because of how I viewed myself. I constantly bumped into workhap's reel on instagram and gave me the knowledge and confidence I needed to nail an interview. Got my first huge milestone in getting into the data analysis and data science journey! I was hired to learn and support a company doing what I love and at the comfort of my home! I’d say Sho is one of the best career coaches out there right now. Not only is he super genuine and personable, but by bringing in his experience in recruitment, he creates content that provides real and honest insight into what recruiters and hiring managers are looking for! I’m currently in the interview phase of some amazing tech and fintech companies (all within a short amount of time) and I would never have imagined getting this far if it weren’t for his online workshops and daily content. I can only imagine all the value and support to those enrolled in his programs are receiving. He truly cares about bringing out the best in people!!
