I recently had an interview for a promotion. Followed your advice for the dreaded “tell me about yourself” question. Started off using a sentence you suggested that painted a picture of my career: ‘My biggest wins in my career always revolve around XYZ’ and tied my past experience in. That was a huge help! Started following this page for about 3 months and watching Workhap for some time. I started getting frustrated after a near perfect performance review only led me to a 3% increase in my annual salary. I kept my head up and started applying everywhere. I used tools and techniques learned in the videos which lead me to accepting an offer to work at my dream job at Coinbase making $20k more than what I was with stock options and working from home full time.
