We use Workday at my job. It's atrocious. Some really basic things are impossible to find or require about 5 different menus to be clicked through first, and some just don't exist. I'm a software developer so it's not like I struggle with OTT software.

The worst cloud ever! The password or email never matches, causing a repetitive password reset. The password reset either does not go to email, or does not appear. It is horrible and make us lose our time! Please, don't use this cloud for candidates. I'm sure there are better ones.

Workday is the worst software I have ever had to use. The user experience is beyond terrible. Trying to accomplish any task takes many times longer in workday than it would take to do it manually. All of my colleagues hate it too, as the upper management keeps trying to force it down everyone's throats.

The absolute worst. Lacks intuitiveness, cumbersome. Unless you are an HR person this application is useless.

Workday as an HR tool and Expense Report: long story short: worst tool :misleading, unlogic and stressfull time consuming in an Application you would expect nothing as it should be easy : enter, adjust or change your basic business or Expense report data. Null Sterne wären angebracht. Absolut unkomfortable umständliche Anwendung, die keinen Mehrwert bietet. Zeitfresser und/oder Beschäftigungsmaßnahme. Möchte gar nicht wissen, was unsere Firma für diesen Unsinn bezahlt hat.

Worse application source online. Lastpass actually shows it as multiple logins confusing the password login. The password never matches, causing a password reset. The password reset either does not go to email, or simply does not appear. Contacting Workaday support, they provide the following rubbish: "For issues or assistance with logging into the Workday system, looking for your W-2, paystub or details about your benefits in Workday, please reach out to your internal Workday Administrator or HR Department. If you need help applying for a role via Workday, please reach out to the Administrator or HR Department of the organization you are trying to contact. If you are a support contact for your organization, please log into the Workday Customer Center to raise a Support case, or have another support contact do this on your behalf if you are unable to. Due to our internal security policies, we are unable to provide direct assistance in resolving your request.. These policies exist to protect our customers, and we invite you to to find out more by visiting Workday’s Security, Privacy and Compliance resource here: (link removed from posting) We appreciate your understanding. Thank you, Workday Support" This is completely unhelpful for a job applicant who does not have an Administrator. Having been blocked from applying to multiple positions for companies like Sentara Health, SYSCO, and General Dynamics I took the desperate route and contacted HR within the company. This led to many phone prompts only to be notified to contact Workaday directly for login issues. Has anyone successfully applied using Workday?

Truly useless monster piece of rubbish. Used it at 2 companies and it's awful at both
