I have never had to work with a more ridiculous and terrible app than Workday. Absolute clowns.

Terrible app. So intuitive that i do not understand it at all. If you want to check anything - how many days of holidays left it's very hard. Developers please open escape room and let go.

Makes applying for jobs so painful and slow

thats the worst type of software i have ever used. Everything is super counterintuitive and unlogical to operate. also if you are getting an error it does not say whats wrong!! Who with a little bit of sense in their mind would program something like that?

Company switched to Workday and it is the worst thing! I have never experienced more unintuitive and unnecessarily complicated platform. It takes so many steps to do anything and then it takes even more if you want to change something. So 2001 in 2024. A JOKE!
