I received the item and looked beautiful. We had a misspelled name. Customer service was quick to respond and walk me through what needed to be done. Turns out I misspelled the name when I ordered. They were kind to give me a discount if I ordered another one. So I did and it is in the process and hopefully it will be shipped before the wedding date. Thank you for working this out.
