Thank you, Linda. Bags can make harvesting easy, and controlling the growth as well. Planting late can be a problem but it depends on the variety, and organic definitely makes the difference!

It's nice to see a family farm thriving in the world of big commercial farming operations. We bought turkey red wheat for our organic family farm. It grew very well, but unfortunately we have not had time to grind any for flour yet.
