Great experiences but sometimes the extra information could be a little bit clearer and given earlier :)

It was wonderful to finally meet the Backstreet Boys. My only qualm is the very short turnaround. I get that they have a lot of people lined up to meet them, but an earlier start time to accommodate 5 minutes of conversation would have been nice. It is hard to have any meaningful conversation or interaction in 15 seconds.

Got my Imagination Movers items. My boys will be very happy this Christmas!

I have only had contact with Wonderful Union to renew my fan membership. I haven’t had any problems there. Sometimes they are a little slow getting code words on the site when presale tickets go on sale for Adam and QAL concerts.
