I had a lot of delay time with your website. The response time was very slow.

I don't appreciate hidden fees. I chose $6.50 S&H, but was charged $9.05. I thought the extra might be taxes, but taxes showed 0.00

Confusing and charged $15.00 shipping even though the items are not being shipped and are available at will call.

A bit cumbersome to access account info to update information. Also not cell phone friendly

I thought this was a concert on the Eagles final tour with Glenn Frey. I had already seen this documentary on Showtime. I’m still waiting for a dvd of that final tour.
