Great website! However I signed up for the same with the Rob Thomas tour this past summer and have not received my items.. there were pictures I was supposed to receive... never got them. Thank you!

I do a lot of band access stuff - presales, meet and greets, etc. Wonderful Union has consistently done a horrible job at just about everything they touch. PLEASE switch companies for this type of service. I could go on and on with examples of how they've screwed up our transactions etc. over the years. Avoid these clowns whenever possible.

Everytime I try to log in, it says password wrong. I change it and it still says it's wrong. You need to have humans available to talk to people instead of this text and email crap. I wish Rob Thomas would find A more competent company.
