The watch stopped recording almost all health data, except for steps, on the watch and the phone app (Health Wear) after just a couple months of use. I reset the watch, removed and reinstalled the Health Wear App. I verified the watch was synchronized with the phone.

Suga pro round face. The glucose meter is WAY OUT ,I should either be dead or in a coma EVERY DAY, watch reads high when it should low and vice versa ALL OTHER functions are within 10%,so ok for info. Purchased the watch in Dec 23, spoke to company in , said to keep adjusting settings. May as well have bought one off Facebook £33 , instead paid £120 direct from company in USA but it got sent from china

My main complaint is the companies lack of directions for their product. After doing a reset I was unable to access the watch. I sent them a email explaining what I had done and the results. It would flash either ‘bye bye’ or charging. When I explained this they wanted me to send a video. Why ? The watch was blinking ‘bye bye’ in between saying it was charging. Are they so ignorant about their own product they not only need a picture drawn, but it need to be moving. After blink ‘bye bye, and professing to be charging it finally came to live. Which brings up the next point. Because it came on when I first opened it I believed it was charged. Evidently it needed to be charged. It was only after asking Microsoft copilot Did I discover the need for it to be calibrated in order to get a proper glucose reading? I emailed the company about the FAQ. They sent me something and said scroll down, Well, I’ve scroll down. There is nothing there except for maybe about four possibility questions none of have anything to do with the actual function of the watch. The other thing here is when I try to log into the site, It is blocked as unsafe. Which is interesting because when I ask, Microsoft copilot about the watch it give me very good review on it. Yet it was Microsoft copilot that told me it was unsafe ( I’m referring to the website itself? 🤔) Evidently, they haven’t paid the Biden Crime protection fee

I have had the watch for 10 days and the only function I can trust is the O2 sensor. Everything else gives a false readings. The packaged instructions never mention one must also download the "Healthware" app. I install the Healthware app, following the instructions. I open the Healthware app, it sees the watch, wonderful! The App tells me I have permissions I need to turn on. The list is long and no matter what I turn on, will not work. I'm running Android 13. My phone is less than a year old. I once worked a Tech Support line for a company that made flatbed scanners, I spent my time walking people thru the installation, rather than actually engage in Tech Support. Tech support at Suga Pro has been ongoing by email. I'm not hating on Tech Support, I am not happy with this early release. Ten days of trying to get it work and I'm still trying. I want this to WORK!

The strap was defective and I was assured that another strap will be sent. I would like to put this to work if it can really help me with my diabetes.

Stay away i wasted my money customer support is crappy!!! The recommended software has a low rating and you will see why!!! Half of the time the watch doesn't correspond with the software. I purchased ladt Dec. I been trying to contact someone about my connection issue since April. The watch is actually pretty good. However poor software and customer doesn't make it worth the headache....

The left ear bud starting pulling battery life from the watch when in the watch itself. Customer service after 3-4 emails and three videos said that they could not cover the ear bud under the 18 months warranty I bought because it has been 2-3 months. The watch was not dropped or gotten wet. Instead the sent me to the website to buy new ear buds instead. Do not purchase the 18mo warranty for any of their watches, it's money down the drain.

In May I purchased the cuthwulf V3 watch. I opted to include the 18 month extended warrantee, paying over $300.00 for the combo. Within 90 days, the watch began malfunctioning. The screen became distorted, with thin horizontal lines running through it. After 3-4 emails, (the only way to contact this company) I finally got a response asking me to send a video of the damaged watch. The response I got was that either the internal screen was damaged by external force; or short circuit caused by water " after such a long time of using, it cannot be related to the quality of the product itself." I never dropped the watch, or got it wet. My questions about the extended warrantee have gone unanswered. They just keep sending the same auto generated response about after such a long time of using. The watch is advertised as indestructable on their web site. I did not abuse the watch in any way. I wore it as any normal watch. The fact that they consider 3 months to be such a long time of use is absurd. They will not tell me what is covered under the so called extended 18 month warrantee, nor was I ever sent the terms & conditions of said warrantee. I do not recommend doing business with this company. Scammers!
