I ordered several pairs on the website after being stalked by Facebook. Obviously only intended to keep one or maybe two. Hadn’t realised the company were based in the USA. Nice pair of sunglasses great lenses really enjoy the pair I have. Had issues with returning the ones I didn’t want and the postage was about £22. Unfortunately they got stopped by customs as rules have changed for goods coming into the USA which means they attract import tax. My shipment and courier hadn’t flagged that to me so the Tax wasn’t paid and unfortunately the items came back to me in the UK. I contacted WMP customer services who were unbelievably good. They actually refunded in full the three pairs that I did not want and saved me the anguish of attempting to return them back to the USA. Very rare, generous and professional customer service, much appreciated. Highly rate this company with how they’ve treated me and acted
