I cancelled my order about 20 min after placing it. They said they would cancel the order, but then a few days later, got an email stating the order was being shipped. Contacted them again. They said there was an error on their end and to wait til I receive the item. Now 2 weeks later. no pkg received NOR a refund. Contacted them a 3rd time. Customer service says I should be getting a refund. I hope. Very polite CS but I’d rather have my money back.

Love it for my own car and easily taken on the road for easy accessibility in Rent-a-cars when traveling.
