Misrepresentation of products they sell they constantly advertised silver metal ring plates and put put black in place of the silver, what happens a few times already if you don't have the product don't put it online it's deceptive advertising

I have been unhappy with the stylus. They tear easily. I have several in the desk drawer. I only order these multi-use pens. Please make the stylus better. AL
