Overall Joy was the best website we found to make our wedding landing page and RSVP. I’m grateful that the features are all free and fairly easy to use. However my main issues were that the website can at times feel a bit clunky and slow. The layout can feel a little overwhelming and unintuitive as well at times. Lastly we noticed some errors such as the landing page not showing the correct photos uploaded sometimes. Nevertheless in comparison to other website builder sites for weddings, With Joy was still the best option with the most features and overall nicest layouts to choose from.

I have loved using Joy to create my wedding website and track RSVP. It is an easy to use platform where you are able to customise it to how you’d like it. A big tick for me was that it is free! Not many things to do with weddings are free so not worrying about having to spend money on a website was great. I would highly recommend using Joy to anyone!

I contacted customer service months in advance and explained that I had accidentally booked two nights instead of one. I explained that I could not use the first night because of work and only intended to stay the second night. My request was denied, which I accepted because of the policy. However, nobody informed me that failing to check in on the first night could result in cancellation of the entire reservation. When I arrived for the night I intended to use, my reservation had been canceled and I had to pay an additional $168.72 for a new room. My total cost became $498.72 for one night of lodging. After multiple emails and a review process, no refund, credit, or accommodation was provided.
